On a rolling meadow in the Willamette Valley across the road from Westwind Gardens, the Smith family envisioned a place where clean soil, fresh water, warm breezes, and abundant sunshine would work together to create a home for the world’s best chile peppers to thrive. And they were right; the weather conditions on that patch prove perfect for pepper production. They earned Organic Certification through Oregon Tilth and began growing more than 70 varieties of peppers. The online store offers dried peppers, chile powders, and hot sauces all made onsite, just steps from where the chiles are grown.

Located right on our family farm in Forest Grove, Oregon, The Peppered Earth Kitchen is where our fresh harvest comes to life. Just steps from the fields where our peppers are grown, our small-batch kitchen is where we handcraft our signature hot sauces, grind our pure chile powders, and process our freshly picked organic peppers.

By processing everything on-site immediately after harvest, we lock in peak flavor, vibrant color, and maximum heat. From washing and slow-simmering to dehydrating and custom blending, every step happens under our watchful eye right here in the Willamette Valley—ensuring true farm-to-bottle quality in every jar, bottle, and bag.
