Tips for Preparing & Serving Pimientos en Vinaigrette

  • Serving Ideas: Serve these marinated peppers cold or at room temperature as part of a tapas platter, on crusty bread, layered in sandwiches, or tossed into a fresh garden salad.

  • Make Ahead: For the best flavor, let the peppers marinate in the refrigerator overnight so they absorb the garlic, red wine vinegar, and Peppered Earth Smoked Paprika.

  • Storage: Store leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.

  • Why You'll Love This Recipe: Making homemade pimientos en vinaigrette is much more affordable and tastes better than store-bought jars. It is naturally gluten-free, vegan, and the perfect make-ahead appetizer for busy weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.
