First, we fire-roast our locally grown, organic red chiles. Then we blend them with a big shot of the fireball and purira chiles we grow to give the sauce a healthy dose of spice and sweetness. When it’s perfect (and it is), we bottle it for you so you can take it with you everywhere. It’s portable, and it’s great on everything: wings, burritos, seafood, eggs.
